  We may have a tendency to attach personally to many people and problems.  Our empathy changing to sympathy, and the inability to sometimes say no, may lead us to the ultimate BURNOUT

  • We must make sure that the technology is available to our students and that the staff is up to date on its use.
  • Part of our job is to lay down a foundation for each student to build upon as changes occur and to become life long learners.
  • Students are our #1 priority.  By taking a  holistic approach with students will enable them to achieve academic excellence.
